Bongo Mobility Inc. Refund Policy

At Bongo Mobility Inc., we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Notice of 2 Hours or More:
    Customers who cancel their reservation at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 100% refund of their payment.
  2. Late Cancellations (Within 1 Hour of Pick-Up):
    Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining 75% of the payment will be refunded.
